Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 1 June 2025

1. Pay-per-audit Credits

Each payment purchases one audit credit. Once an audit has been successfully started, the credit is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

If a payment was charged but the audit did not start due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 7 days with your payment ID and we will investigate.

2. Subscription Plans

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.

If you are charged after a cancellation was confirmed by us, you are entitled to a full refund for that charge.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same audit or subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 5–7 business days.

4. Service Unavailability

If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours in a given month due to our infrastructure failure, affected subscribers may request a proportional credit towards their next billing cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@syntropylabs.ai with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID
  • Reason for the refund request

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

We ask you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Raising a chargeback without prior communication may result in your account being suspended. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any dispute.
