1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GEO Agent ("Service") operated by Syntropy Labs ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GEO Agent provides AI search visibility audits that analyse how brands appear in AI-generated answers across platforms including Google AI Overview, Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. Results are generated programmatically and may not reflect real-time platform states.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). By making a payment, you authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method. All prices shown in other currencies are indicative and your bank applies its own conversion rate.

One free audit is provided per account. Additional audits require payment per our current pricing. Subscription plans, if applicable, are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to audit URLs you do not have authorisation to analyse; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (c) resell Service outputs without written permission; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

Audit reports generated for your URLs are yours to use. The underlying Service, algorithms, and platform remain the property of Syntropy Labs. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Service itself.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that audit results reflect how AI platforms will actually behave for any given user or query. AI platform behaviour changes frequently and without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntropy Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
